Carefully steamed in traditional masonry ovens for 36 hours, it is double-distilled using copper stills for a smoother, cleaner flavor. The special spirit is aged in new American oak barrels, then finished in ex-Orange Tequila Liquor casks - a nod to the orange trees that were once cultivated in this part of Jalisco, Mexico.
