Returns & Exchanges
Due to state regulations regarding the sale of alcohol, Don's Liquors & Wine can only accept returns on unopened, non-perishable items within 14 days of purchase. We strive for excellence and will gladly replace any corked or spoiled bottles upon verification.
Return Process
- 1.Verify Eligibility
Ensure your item is unopened, has the original seal intact, and was purchased within the last 14 days.
- 2.Contact Support
Email our team with your order number and a photo of the product to receive a Return Authorization number.
- 3.Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the bottle in its original shipping container or an equivalent protective alcohol-safe box to prevent breakage.
- 4.Drop Off or Ship
Bring the item to our retail location or ship it back to our warehouse; once inspected, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
