A fantastic, four-grain straight bourbon, Fiddler Soloist is a unique take on America's native spirit, reducing the corn in favor of flavorful malts and distilled on our copper pot stills with the grains in. With notes of chocolate, it’s a perfect after-dinner sipper.

• Mash Bill: 56% corn, 14% wheat malt, 10% rye malt, 10% Munich malt, 7% beechwood-smoked malt, 3% chocolate rye malt

• Distillation De:ails Double-distilled, our Vendome copper pot stills in Georgia

• Barrel Type: New, 30- and 53-gallon, char 3 & 4 American white oak barrels

• Barrel Fill Proof: 115-125 proof

• Bottling Details: Bottled at 100 proof after slow-dilution proof-down. Non chill-filtered & no color added. Occasional single barrels at Cask Strength
