The resulting whiskey is a burst of brightness that’s herbal, peppery, and has just the right amount of agave sweetness.
Peppery and floral, softly layered with butterscotch. The palate opens with herbs, salted caramel and a mellow oak backbone, finishing with a creamy malt that fades into light agave sugar.
