Santa Cruz, California- Crafted by hand then barrel aged in an ocean air tempered rickhouse in charred American oak barrels. The mash bill is all organic with corn, wheat, and malted barley. Deep amber in color. Caramel, corn, and rich grain notes with a lucious cherry wood finish.
